    The Good:

    1. The cost of Maxxtech 9mm ammo will keep you shooting on the range longer because it costs less than American made brands like Winchester and Federal.
    2. Great for plinking or target practice, these rounds will feed reliably and consistently in semi-automatic pistols.

    The Bad:

    1. We always find cleanliness to be largely subjective but if there’s one complaint we have heard about Maxxtech ammo is that it can be dirty. That said, we tend to find this on par with other 9mm ammo brands whether foreign or domestic in manufacture.

    2. Supply hasn’t been as consistent as we would like the last couple years but we view that largely due to supply chain issues caused by covid and other world events and expect Maxxtech to get this resolved in the near future.

    The Verdict:

On top of being great 9mm ammo, the people at Maxxtech are great to work with which makes us fans of this brand. Add that to being a great price point, makes this one of our top choices for target practice ammo. Our major issue with Maxxtech is that we haven’t seen more calibers in pistol, rifle and shotgun imported into America.
